During the promotion period, users may select any 3 eligible items from the designated promotion section and purchase them at a fixed product price of $33. Taxes shall be paid separately by the customer, and the order will be eligible for free shipping. Promotional products, promotional inventory, promotion period, and specific discount details are subject to the real-time information displayed on the promotion page. Cariigo may adjust promotional products, promotional inventory, promotion period, promotion rules, and related benefits at any time based on operational needs. 2. Participation Rules Users must select 3 promotional items from the promotion section in order to enjoy the “3 Items for $33 with Free Shipping” promotional price. The same product may be purchased repeatedly. Purchasing 3 units of the same SKU also qualifies for this promotion. Each promotional bundle may contain a maximum of 3 items. Once a user has selected 3 promotional items, a 4th promotional item cannot be added to the same bundle. After promotional items are added to the shopping cart, the system will automatically create a “3 Items for $33” promotional bundle and calculate the order amount based on the promotional price. If a user removes any item from the promotional bundle in the shopping cart, causing the number of promotional items to fall below 3, the bundle will no longer meet the promotion requirements. The promotional eligibility will automatically become invalid, and the remaining items will be settled at their regular prices. In principle, promotional items under this campaign cannot be combined with other product-level discounts. If a user purchases promotional items together with other regular items, the order will be eligible for free shipping as long as the total order amount reaches the platform’s free shipping threshold. The final payable amount of the order is subject to the checkout page, including product amount, applicable account benefits, Cashback deductions, taxes, and any other applicable fees. If an order amount is obviously abnormal due to system errors, pricing configuration errors, inventory abnormalities, or other irregular causes, Cariigo reserves the right to review, adjust, or cancel the order and communicate with the user to determine a reasonable resolution. 4. Inventory and Fulfillment Rules Promotional inventory is subject to the real-time information displayed on the page. If a product is out of stock before an order is placed, the product may no longer be displayed in the promotion section or may not be available for selection into the promotional bundle. If a product becomes out of stock after an order is placed, Cariigo customer service will proactively contact the user to discuss a resolution. Depending on the actual situation, Cariigo may provide options such as replacing the product with an equivalent or similar item, issuing a partial refund, canceling and refunding the entire order, or offering another reasonable solution. If items in an order come from different warehouses, suppliers, or fulfillment channels, the order may be shipped in multiple packages. After-Sales Service and Refund Rules Promotional items under this campaign are eligible for after-sales service in accordance with Cariigo’s general platform after-sales policy. Since the “3 Items for $33 with Free Shipping” promotion is a bundled discount campaign, any return, refund, order cancellation, or other after-sales request for promotional items may affect the original order’s promotional eligibility, final valid transaction amount, and refund amount. Refunds will be handled separately based on whether the after-sales issue is caused by “merchant reasons” or “user reasons.” Merchant reasons include, but are not limited to, out-of-stock items, incorrect shipments, missing items, damaged items, product quality issues, or other non-user-related causes that prevent the order from being fulfilled normally. User reasons include, but are not limited to, disliking the item, no longer wanting the item, placing an order by mistake, changing one’s mind, or other personal reasons. For returns caused by user reasons, if the user applies to return the full set of 3 promotional items and the items meet the platform’s return requirements, Cariigo will issue a refund based on the actual paid amount of $33 for the promotional order. For returns caused by personal reasons, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the user, and Cariigo will not cover the return shipping cost. For partial returns caused by user reasons, meaning the user returns 1 or 2 promotional items, if the order no longer meets the “3 Items for $33” promotion requirement, Cariigo reserves the right to recalculate the payable amount based on the regular price of the items retained by the user or the currently valid rules, and determine the final refundable amount accordingly. If, after recalculation, the payable amount for the items retained by the user is greater than or equal to the actual paid amount of the original promotional order, the after-sales request may not result in any refundable amount. If, after recalculation, the payable amount for the items retained by the user is lower than the actual paid amount of the original promotional order, the platform may issue a refund based on the difference. Refundable amount = actual paid amount of the original promotional order - recalculated payable amount for the retained items. The actual refund amount is still subject to the order’s payment composition, account benefits used, and the specific after-sales reason. Once the refund amount is confirmed, the refund will be returned according to the original payment composition of the order. Any amount actually paid by the user through a bank card, credit card, or third-party payment method will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with the rules of the payment channel. Any amount deducted through Cashback, new user rewards, membership rewards, or other platform account benefits cannot be refunded to a bank card, credit card, or other external payment account. Cashback, new user rewards, membership rewards, and other platform account benefits are platform account benefits and are not equivalent to cash. They cannot be withdrawn. If a return, refund, or order cancellation is caused by the user’s personal reasons, platform account benefits that have already been used will generally not be returned. If an order is canceled, refunded, or cannot be fulfilled due to merchant reasons, Cariigo may, depending on the specific situation, return the corresponding account benefits to the user’s wallet or provide equivalent compensation. Cashback generated from an order will be calculated based on the final valid transaction amount of the order. If the order is refunded, canceled, or adjusted through after-sales service, Cariigo reserves the right to recalculate, deduct, invalidate, or adjust any Cashback that has already been issued or used. If the user’s account balance is insufficient, Cariigo reserves the right to offset the amount from future refunds, rewards, account benefits, or other platform benefits. Refunds caused by merchant reasons will usually be processed after Cariigo receives and inspects the returned item. Refunds caused by user reasons will be processed according to the order’s payment composition after platform review and approval. The specific refund amount, refund path, and arrival time are subject to the platform’s review result, account benefit rules, and the processing time of the payment channel. 6. Abnormal Orders and Risk Control Rules If Cariigo finds that a user has engaged in behavior such as exploiting system loopholes, malicious arbitrage, abnormal ordering, bulk account registration, fake transactions, malicious returns, abuse of promotional benefits, or any other conduct that affects the fairness of the promotion, Cariigo reserves the right to review the relevant orders and accounts.
