In-App Deletion
If the in-app deletion flow is available in your version of the app, you can start the request from your account or profile settings.
We may require verification of account ownership before completing the deletion request, including verification through a code sent to the phone number associated with the account or another reasonable verification method.
Support-Assisted Deletion
If you cannot access the in-app deletion flow, cannot receive verification messages, or need additional help, email support@cariigo.com and include:
- the email address and/or phone number associated with the account;
- your display name, if available; and
- a short statement confirming that you want the account deleted.
What Happens After a Deletion Request
- We may verify account ownership before processing the request.
- We may delete, de-identify, anonymize, or disconnect certain profile data, login methods, support records, and other account-linked information where appropriate.
- Certain information may be retained as required or permitted by law, including for tax, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security, shipping, order-history, audit, or recordkeeping purposes.
- Some downstream systems, service providers, or backups may require additional time to fully update.
If You Do Not Have Access to the Original Verification Method
If you cannot access the phone number, email address, or other verification method associated with your account, contact support@cariigo.com and describe the issue so that we can review alternative verification options where appropriate.
