1. Nature of the Program
Cariigo membership is a loyalty and rewards program made available to eligible users of the Platform. Unless we expressly state otherwise on a specific page, membership is not a separate paid digital subscription, does not require recurring membership fees, and does not renew automatically for a recurring charge.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
Eligible users may participate in the membership or rewards program by creating and maintaining an active Cariigo account, or by taking other qualifying actions described on the Platform.
We may limit eligibility, participation, or specific benefits based on account status, region, product availability, abuse prevention, order history, legal or compliance requirements, or other reasonable criteria.
3. Tiers and Qualification
The program may include multiple membership tiers. Tier qualification, retention, downgrade, or related status rules may depend on cumulative spend, qualifying purchases, promotional activity, account standing, or other criteria described on the Platform.
Current tier rules shown in the app, website, account page, checkout flow, order flow, or other relevant page at the time of use will control.
4. Types of Benefits
Benefits may include cashback, shopping credits, discounts, referral rewards, birthday rewards, shipping-related benefits, free-shipping eligibility, promotional gifts, early access, member-only offers, or other benefits that we choose to make available from time to time.
Benefit availability may vary by account, order, item, seller, region, inventory, campaign, shipping destination, time period, or other disclosed conditions.
5. Cashback, Credits, and Rewards
Cashback, shopping credits, referral rewards, birthday rewards, and similar benefits are promotional or loyalty benefits only. They are not bank deposits, stored-value accounts, prepaid balances, or cash equivalents.
Unless expressly required by law or expressly stated by us:
- they are not redeemable or withdrawable for cash;
- they are not transferable, resalable, or assignable;
- they may be subject to expiration, minimum conditions, redemption limits, or usage restrictions; and
- they may be reduced, canceled, reversed, expired, or clawed back if an order is canceled, refunded, charged back, found fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be ineligible.
6. Referral and Promotional Rules
Referral, invitation, and similar promotional benefits may be subject to eligibility requirements, claim limits, anti-fraud review, first-order or qualifying-order requirements, expiration periods, and other terms disclosed on the relevant page.
We may withhold, cancel, reverse, or decline referral-related benefits if we reasonably suspect abuse, self-referral, duplicate accounts, fake transactions, policy violations, technical error, or other improper conduct.
7. Shipping and Discount Benefits
Shipping-related benefits, discounts, free-shipping benefits, or similar order benefits apply only where they are expressly shown as available for the relevant order, account, item, or destination at the time of purchase.
Not all products, sellers, destinations, or orders will qualify. Where a conflict exists, the order page, checkout page, promotion page, or other specific disclosure shown at the time of purchase will control.
8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may add, modify, replace, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the membership or rewards program at any time for business, legal, compliance, operational, fraud-prevention, inventory, fulfillment, or other reasonable reasons.
We may also suspend or terminate participation, or revoke related benefits, where we reasonably believe a user has engaged in abuse, fraud, abnormal transactions, policy violations, or other conduct that harms the Platform, sellers, carriers, or other users.
9. No Guaranteed Permanent Benefit
Unless we expressly state otherwise, no specific membership tier, benefit, reward rate, discount rate, threshold, shipping benefit, or promotional privilege is guaranteed to remain available for any fixed period.
Displayed benefits may change over time.
10. Relationship to Other Terms
These Membership Terms supplement our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, checkout disclosures, order pages, promotion pages, and other applicable terms.
If there is a conflict, the more specific terms disclosed for the relevant benefit, promotion, order, or page will control to the extent permitted by law.
